  • If you have any cold/flu like symptoms, even mild, do not attend – stay at home and get tested for COVID-19.
  • Exhibitors/triallers are encouraged to download and use the COVIDSafe app https://www.health.gov.au/resources/apps-and-tools/covidsafe-app.
  • Depending on current NSW regulations and advice, entries may be restricted to residents of NSW and the ACT.
  • Casual visitors are discouraged from attendance. Exhibitors/triallers may be accompanied by a member of their household, or by a single other person should assistance be needed in handling their dogs.
  • We encourage that all Entries for Trials/Tests be made using an online provider. For Try Out Days, entries will only be available online.
  • Failure to adhere to any instruction issued by a Club or Trial Official at any NSWLCA event will result in the exhibitor/visitor being required to leave the grounds immediately and may result in disciplinary action.
  • For Trials/Tests, paper catalogues will not be available from the Trial Secretary, however an online catalogue will be available to exhibitors.
  • Trial/Test Numbers will be emailed to the exhibitor, and it will be the responsibility of the exhibitor to print/write their own exhibit number(s).
  • All exhibitors, officials and visitors are encouraged to wash/sanitise their hands regularly and as needed. Wash and clean dogs’ equipment such as collars and leads prior to the event.
  • Social distancing of 1.5 m must be maintained, and if this is not possible, it is recommended that a mask be worn.
  • Masks are not mandatory unless determined by Government regulations, but may be worn by individuals depending on their circumstance (health risk), and in cases where 1.5 m social distancing is not possible.
  • Any gazebo or car or shelter must be spaced a minimum of 1.5 m apart.
 Conduct of Trials
  • All triallers must adhere to directions from the Trial Secretary, the Gate Steward and the Huntmaster, as well as directions as needed from the Judge and Lure Driver.
  • Keep a distance of 1.5m between yourself and other people, even at the start line.
  • Your dog’s lead and collar are your responsibility when slipping your dog at the start of a course. The Huntmaster is not responsible for collecting your items and giving them back to you.
